Each entry is judged on its own merit,
based on the division specific standards.
Each entry that receives a blue ribbon,
is judged against all other blue
ribbons in the same class of its division,
to determine which entry receives the
1st and 2nd place rosettes.

Each 1st place rosette in a single
division will be judged against each other
blue ribbons in the same division,
to determine which entry receives the
Best of Division rosette.

Each entry that receives a
Best of Division rosette, is then
judged against each other, with all
aspects taken into consideration to
determine which entry receives the
Best of Show rosette.

All permanent exhibit divisions
are elligible to receive Best of Show.
