                a.  Cookies

8.  Other
1.  Dish must be prepared with the "Theme Ingredient".

2.  Dish must be prepared by contestant.

3.  Exhibitors must include a legible copy of the recipe with
    name, address, class and age.

4.  Commercial mixes are not acceptable, unless used as an ingredient.

5.  Dish must be entered in not-returnable containers.  Creative  Arts         
     Department is not responsible for lost or broken dishes.
