Entries will be accepted from 9:00 am until 10:00 am.

1. Dish must be prepared with the "Theme Ingredient" The 2008 "Theme Ingredient" is POTATOES

2. Dish must be prepared by the contestant.

3. Dish must be entered in a non-returnable container (The Creative Arts Department will not be responsible for containers).

4. Commercial mixes are not acceptable, except as an ingredient.

5. A legible copy of the recipe must be presented with entry.
